Have you had trouble finding a place to park at our busy market?
Our customers may also park in front of the police department or in the lot next to Banita Creek Hall.

In an effort to better serve our community…  the Nacogdoches Farmers Market now accepts SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). Bring your card to the Welcome Center and use it to get tokens to be spent at the Nac Farmers Market… then look for the BRIGHT ORANGE signs posted on individual booths announcing that vendor accepts SNAP tokens.
There will be flyers and signs helping to explain what items are SNAP eligible.

Farmers Markets are about more than food, more than farmers, more than
*buy local*. Farmers markets are about building communities and
building relationships. They are about looking each other in the eye. They are
about people more than product. Farmers markets help tear down
barriers and build relationships. They give a community… heart.

Check out Booth 7B for our welcome booth… We have totes $10 and market gift certificates ($5.00 denominations) for sale, have you wanted to use your credit or debit card at market with a vendor who does not have that capability? Use it at the Welcome Center to purchase gift cards to use instead!
And this is now the center for SNAP.
