Our Artisan Bakers – Knackered House

Knackered House essentially started 13 years ago when Lisa Youd started baking bread from scratch to feed her burgeoning family in metro-Detroit, Michigan. Four children later, after moving to East Texas, and spending the entire two years (and counting) of the pandemic baking more than even the six of them could eat, it was time to bring bagels to the public.

Knackered House was born.
