Once upon a time Diane Ruby sold and made jelly and salsa in Wells tx on Ruby Farms for years with her husband David Ruby. Both have since retired and taught their daughter n law her recipes. Currently known as Jelly Expressions, Lindsey is grateful for the knowledge of canning passed down to her. All products are homemade with love of course and preservative free.
