Our Farmers – LC’s Microgreens LLC

I started LC’s Microgreens in April of 2023, so I could spend more time at home with my family. I’m former military and law, enforcement, where I spent most of my time away from my wife and sons. Raising microgreens has allowed us to eat healthier, gives me more time at home, and has created an additional way I can support my family. 

I greatly enjoy the challenges of growing microgreens, but I absolutely love the end result. Not only do I enjoy growing, but the people I’ve met and the relationships we’ve created, are truly a blessing. I look forward to every Saturday at the farmer’s market. I also thank God and the amazing people of Nacogdoches for their continued support.
